Unfortunately my order arrived with postage charges outstanding for customs fees. These weren't highlighted at the point of purchase and they've refused to pay them. Now I can't get a refund until I collect them and return them; forcing me to pay the additional charge.
We are Small Irish Retailer the customer bought a new product For €30 less than Normal price . We don't pay the import duty for goods sent to the Uk .This is a Brexit Charge by the UK Gov. When we buy goods from the UK we must pay these Charges . The duty was €15 witch we have refunded the above customer.
These duty's are charged by the Uk and are out of our control.
