Unfortunately my order arrived with postage charges outstanding for customs fees. These weren't highlighted at the point of purchase and they've refused to pay them. Now I can't get a refund until I collect them and return them; forcing me to pay the additional charge.
We are Small Irish Retailer the customer bought a new product For €30 less than Normal price . We don't pay the import duty for goods sent to the Uk .This is a Brexit Charge by the UK Gov. When we buy goods from the UK we must pay these Charges . The duty was €15 witch we have refunded the above customer.
These duty's are charged by the Uk and are out of our control.
Really durable feeling jacket that is warm but not too heavy. Can wear on own or with a jumper under it. Only negatives are zip can be a bit stiff to use and our material attracts lint but very happy with the jacket and extremely happy with service from Addamstore
